To make sure everything runs smoothly, here is exactly how we coordinate the logistics leading up to your hunt:

• An automated receipt containing your exact date, time, and booking details has been sent to your inbox for your records.

• We will personally reach out to you via call or text 24 hours before your hunt. Because weather and wildlife movement can change up to the last minute, this is when we will confirm our exact meeting location, go over the final weather report, and answer any final questions you might have.

• On the evening of your hunt, we'll meet at our designated spot, walk through a quick safety briefing, get you comfortable with the thermal optics, and head out together.

We want to make sure you stay comfortable throughout the night. Please review this quick preparation guide before you head out:

Dress in dark, quiet layers. Nighttime temperatures drop quickly when we are standing or scanning, and layering up is the best way to stay warm. Try to avoid loud, crinkly nylon fabrics if possible.

Sturdy, broken-in, waterproof boots are highly recommended. We will be walking on uneven ground and navigating natural terrain in the dark.

Leave the heavy lifting to us. We provide all premium, high-refresh-rate thermal scanning gear and optics needed for the trip. 

**IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BRING ANY OF YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT PLEASE LET US KNOW PRIOR TO THE HUNT.

All clients are strictly required to possess a valid Ohio hunting license prior to the operation. In strict compliance with ODNR (Ohio Department of Natural Resources) regulations, coyote operations run year-round, while targeting specific nest predators (raccoons and opossums) is strictly limited to Ohio’s open trapping and hunting seasons. Please note: Any hunter choosing to target fur-bearing animals must possess a valid Fur Taker Permit in addition to their Ohio hunting license. Because of the target species involved, a Fur Taker Permit is strictly required for all Dusk-Till-Dawn Predator Excursions.

Snacks and drinks are provided for both hunting packages. If you have food allergies and drink preferences let us know at least 48 hours from the hunt. Alcohol is absolutely PROHIBITED prior to and during the hunt. Any Suspected alcohol use will result in immediate termination of the hunt without refund.
