No! We provide top-tier, match-grade suppressed rifles equipped with PARD thermal optics for all guided night predator hunts. You just show up ready to hunt.
We provide a complete turn-key setup! Every hunter is outfitted with match-grade, suppressed long-range rifles (such as 6.5mm or 6mm Creedmoor) dropped into solid aluminum chassis systems, equipped with high-definition PARD thermal rifle scopes, and mounted on heavy-duty carbon-fiber shooting tripods. We also provide handheld thermal spotters so you can active-scan fields alongside your guide. You do not need to bring your own firearms unless you prefer to use your own setup.
You do not need specialized camo for night thermal hunts. Darkness acts as your primary concealment. We recommend dressing in warm, quiet, dark-colored earth tones (dark greens, browns, or black) with non-swishing fabrics. Focus on weather-appropriate layering—especially sturdy boots, cold-weather gloves, and a hat—since night temperatures across open farm fields in Southeastern Ohio drop significantly.
We begin with a quick safety briefing and firearm/optic familiarization session so you are completely comfortable operating the thermal scope, safety controls, and tripod rest. From there, we transport you to managed, zero-public-pressure private agricultural land. Your guide handles all electronic calling setups, wind analysis, and thermal scanning. Once predators (coyotes, raccoons, or possums) respond and enter the field, your guide will talk you onto the target, confirm target identification, and give you the green light to take the shot.
